People in MRAs always say they are not in an MRA.
But you are. Face it, you come to a small cap server and immediately pact with a menagerie of other alliances- it doesn't get more MRA than that. While the term MRA implies a lack of skill, it is entirely possible to be a skilled MRA based on the manner in which you acquire allies/members/pacts.
This whole discussion started over whether city point/ ABP ratios were a useful metric, and the whole thing devolved into this because your MRA-ness is the singular topic on which you speak.
