K.o.D - Float they have good players there and a lot of gold users but in time i think there alliance will start to fail
Empire of Death - Swim They have no enemies
Broad Street Bullies - Float Will have interesting battle with the sanctum
Vendetta - Sink they have no chance in there ocean
THE GANG - sink to many enemies
The Sanctum - Float interesting wars in there ocean
Psych Ward - Float
HYDRA - my alliance
NO RULES - sink
Phoenix - float then sink

I don't quite understand why you think we have no chance in our ocean? Seems to me the ones around us are disappearing. We will see in the future but I personally don't judge any alliance especially one I know nothing about.

1. Empire of Death - Float as we just saw K.o.D fall not making to big of a decision
2. Genesis - Swim
3. Vendetta - Float. Have Pacts with Bending the Rules and Cosa Nostra
4. The Rebellion... - My Alliance No comment
5. Bending the Rules - Float Same as Vendetta(Will have to fight Vendetta sooner or later though for territiory)
6. The Gang - Float? Have 1 tight core than members in like 6 different oceans
7. Broad Street Bullies - Swim i believe they have a very good team
8. Psych Ward. - Float/Sink. Im split here has some players from K.o.D so im not sure
9. HELLS HYDRA - Float/Sink. Sorry havent really heard of you in this world
10. Psych Ward - Float? Is this the main alliance of the 2
11. Cosa Nostra - Float. Pacted with Vendetta and Bending the Rules. Will probably fight Genesis for territory.
12. Phoenix - Float/Sink. Cant decide just wanna see who comes out on top between them and Psych Ward

hydra is depsrate they are moving towards o33 which is a bad idea cuz my alliance will eat them we have 2 inside are ocean now and we plan on having them for lunch
