The only thing you can do is dodging the attacks he sends you - Move your troops out of your town, empty your warehouse and enlist militia. That way, the attacker won't get anything and will lose troops everytime he attacks you... And he might stop to attack you ;-)

Ceramics

for storing resources when my Warehouse says I can store say 10000 but I have ceramics which says I can store 2500 more resources, is that 2500 more of each resource? Also when I look at the Warehouse does the number of resources it can hold take into account the ceramics that have been researched? thank you for the help.

It expands the warehouse by 2500 so yes - it's 2500 of each resource.
And yeah, the warehouse screen takes the 2500 under consideration.

How does one one move troops out of town and empty the warehouse?

Send all of your troops to support a neighboring city and either purchase buildings researches troops or ships so they can't get any loot ;)

Or you can create offers in the market (witha 3:1 ratio, so that they aren't accepted ;-)), or expand your farming villages :)

Oh I never actually thought of that lol

But I have accepted 3 to 1 trades before. A lot of the time it is your only choice.

I have never done that :D I usually trade with my villages, create my own offers or simply ask for resources from my alliance mates... Other players' offers often don't please me enough :-(

So in this scenario you would be spending/using your resources?

I like the idea of offering a trade at a crazy exchange rate so that you can get it back if no one takes it. And if they do, well, you just scored 3 times the resources. :D That is actually a great idea. Using your resources is a good way as well, but I find myself saving up for certain upgrades, so if I'm spending my resources to protect them, I'm won't be able to save up for the upgrades I need. Thanks for the tips y'all.

What advantage do you get from expanding your farming villages? The only thing I've been able to find so far for that is that once you expand to level 3 you can demand units. Is there other things that benefit you by expanding the villages? Also I noticed that a farming village was already expanded to level 3 before I conquered it, does that mean someone else on the island was expanding it already?

Yeah you get more resources/demand you can more than double the 5 minute demand if you upgrade your farms up to 4-6. It's actually worth it, but I tend to wait until the other player upgrade them for me.

I had upgraded one village to level 3. But just noticed someone had bumped it up to level 4 and also upgraded 4 other villages to level 4. Woo hoo. Thanks whoever that was. lol.

What happens if you send defensive land support to a city then all your transports get wiped out after having been there for a while? Do your land troops die as well? Or do you have to construct more transports to go retrieve them?

How does one leave an alliance. I joined an alliance at the beginning when the island quest said I needed to. But I'm finding that the alliance I am in doesn't really do much. After joining I realized that all of the members I have found so far are in an ocean very far from mine, and they don't do much else to interact with me.

"All times are GMT -5. The time now is 04:14 PM."

That would be the server time.

I've been reading a lot about attacking units and defensive units. I get that some units are better for attacking and others are better for defending. But now I have a question of defining those terms. If I send support to a city that is being attacked, am I defending the city, or attacking the attackers? I had originally taken it that I would be defending the city, so I should send defensive units to support. But then something I read suggested that it would be attacking the invading forces. Is it different if a CS is in the attacking force?

1) When you send support you're defending.

2) It's not different for a cs. Support means defend, attack means... well, attack.
