Well innogames is out of germany, and they are 8 hours ahead, so if we assume office hours are 9-5, then somewhere from 1am-9am est. Or that could be entirely wrong.

So I should sleep for four hours if it is 10:40 here, and then stare at grepo until the world is created?

A mod will update the forum, but other than that when you choose to join a new world keep refreshing that page until the new world shows up.

Germany is six hours ahead. I have no idea what the exact office hours are though. Anyways, the world is open so this thread is now closed.
