Sorry DelRey but you should know there is not going to be any better cities coming from Legion. With mostly noobs who are not learning as of yet we will have to all get used to diplomacy, architecture and meteorology being researched. Until then federation of noobs should continue attacking with defensive units providing the cp to reset these poor choices. Always got to look at the bright side!
