Windows 8 Game App

Hey guys (and gals), how do I access the US servers in the game app? All I am seeing is "International, France, Espana, Argentina and Deutschland" (not in that order). Am I doing something wrong? Also when I downloaded the app it already had me signed in in an old account of mine...??

The US server is currently not offered on the Windows 8 app.
