It said I would pact with The Bish and war with BoS if I were you..
First off, youre not me for a reason, second off. Its obvious whoever said this is in TB and wants a coalition against BoS so good luck with that.

Since no one else is doing this I'll go again. 
War:Mountain Warriors
(they are in a 5 alliance coalition with Mountain Warriors.,Pillars of War, Pillars of war II,Pillars of destruction)
they are weak and have a huge surface area to protect making them need to fight on multiple fronts and drag lots of dead weight(this gives us great targets). Whereas ovo is small, elite, and focused
Pact: Band Of Brothers
Not really very useful to us because of our location but of the choices this seems to be the best
Disband: The Bish
Will eventually fall against bos
