I think the biggest issue is the night bonus which is usually geared toward non-US times. Whereas the US server rarely has it active the other servers do. If the EN server is supposed to be international the night bonus should be inactive

Defender gets a bonus to defense at night time (something like 00:00-9:00) but I do not know the exact time.

What is this garbage? That WE American's don't receive a brief time, to be with our families, without having our alarms going off, for Thanksgiving! Are WE going to stand for this??????
