The point of not using greek names is they tend to be unoriginal. Like "300 Spartans" or "Spartans of DOOM", even such things as "Minotaur of Hades" is not original.
I don't particularly like your council structure, unless you have members standing by in those roles I like if they are decided in game.
Honestly, it looks like you have the potential to go far but never really excel. I think that you won't go like the usual Greek alliance, but again, I don't think you'll excel. Just my opinion
