Transports and bunks

I have bunks researched in some of my cities, and some not yet.
When I hover over the Transport icon in the right side box, why doesn't it show the correct carrying capacity if bunks have been researched? Mine still shows the capacity without the research.

This is a bug, you should report here I have the same problem.
