Since there's been talk of a tournament world that would encourage competitiveness I want to throw this world out there.

This world will be much larger than anything the US puts up. Obviously not everyone will go no diplomacy. But I know of a couple groups planning to try it out and I know that many groups dislike each other. This will be a highly competitive world and a blood bath in just about every core ocean. So I figured I'd let people know.
