Sparta123 is attacking Athen321. Thebes246 supports Athen321. They are in different alliances. Which temples' powers will affect the support from Thebes246; Thebes246's alliance's temple benefits? Or Athen321's alliance's temple benefits?
Temple powers only affect the cities/temples of their own alliances. So any support sent to an alliance city or temple will benefit. Here that would be the city under attack so Athen 321 but any support sent there will benefit.
