The Organization is pleased to offer a fully capable leader, who has experience and knows what he is doing. This leader is currently a member of the council of a rank 1 alliance on the .en server, Ascension, and despite drifting in activity in that world, he is ready and raring to go to bring the fight to a brand new world. This leader is also not used to doing recruitment stuff, but he will try his best in that regard.

The problem is, TAR already took most of the players, and due to their size and lack of decent alliances in o44 besides them, well, I don't think patience would've helped much.
