So it says my CIty is being conquered by Bordasen and I cannot access any of stuff. Is this permanent?

yep,you will lose your city and start again from 175

I think you have to attack your own city to break the seige. But I don't know how conquest worlds work.

Really? Wow? What a waste of a month! So if you do not claim an alliance you are pretty much screwed....LOL...So attack the active player instead of going for all of the cities unoccupied! Yea,,,that should clear out the regulars! Worked for me! Bye Bye
