Overview of the bug:
All quests that request resources from me have the resource shipment capped at 500 at once. For example, if I need to send 1400 I need to click 3 times (500-500-400). Will screenshot if I encounter it next.
How often this occurs: Every quest that asks for resources.
Work Around: Send resources multiple times.
