Requirements:

1. (most important) Must be located in Hyperborea's Sea 63
2. (very important) Must have 300 Points AT THE LEAST.
3. (also very important) Must have 1 farm village with level 2 or helped a farm village get to level 2
4. (important) Must have EST Time Zone, CST Time Zone, Or be in a different time zone but only often.
5. (not important but appreciated) Must be online at least 5 hours out of the entire 7 day week.
