Purchase issues


I have a support ticket in on this and have submitted screenshots with it. I purchased the top 2 advisor packages but never received them. Right after I purchased them the server had some issues and we couldn't get on which I think is part of the problem. The last message I received from support stated that they show I received them on the 22nd. I responded with screenshots of my inventory and advisor screen where they should have been yesterday morning and have not got a response yet. It is ridiculous that it took them almost a week to tell me they show I got them then not to answer when I give them proof that I do not have them.
