How often this occurs: whenever I try to trade with him
Work Around: If I had a work around I wouldn't be asking

I've trade with the guy multiple times and the quest refuses to end.

there is a tutorial quest that says trade with the Phoenician Merchant

Yes, there is a tutorial quest. And I've done it, multiple times, and it's still there uncompleted. Why won't it complete and give me the reward?

Refresh and clear your cache and cookies
If that doesnt work contact Support

By trade, it means trade res for res and not trade silver for troops. Took me a few times of getting troops and wondering why quest hadn't finished.

If you have traded res for res and it's still not working, do as king david suggests

Hey, I have not gotten culture points for the last 3 victory processions. I currently have 5249 points and should have 17 points but only have 14.
The support tool is useless because I can not even explain why I wrote the ticket. I can only add the world and why I wrote the ticket and I never get a reponse.
I need help please.
