Phalanx and Meteorology - Myths?

Two researches made me raise some doubt:

Meteorology: All troops from your barracks move 10% faster
- Does this affect mythical units?
- Does this affect flyers?

Phalanx: Your troops form a powerful phalanx and thus fight 10% stronger
- Does this affect myhtical units?
- Does this affect flyers?

Phalanx does not affect mythical units. This includes by its nature fliers as all fliers are mythical units.

Sadly, I have no way of figuring out if meteorology affect myth units at this time. I would assume so, but I am skeptical of such.

EDIT: Meteorology does affect mythical units, including fliers. Or at least they affect Pegasi.
