SponsorPay adds are not something hosted by InnoGames. SponsorPay simply lets InnoGames refer you to their surveys/adds, and pays you (a small ammount of) gold for completing them. There can be several reasons for not seeing any adds:
- SponsorPay is not available in your country
- SponsorPay has no offers at the moment, and once they get one, it will update; some offers expire sooner than others!
- You (or someone with a shared connection) has done something SponsorPay deems inappropriate, and therefor they no longer will supply you with offers
You can contact SponsorPay about the matter, and inquire as to which of the above mentioned it is.
If you do not receive gold after completing a survey, it can either be because;
- You have not filled out the form correctly, or didn't fully answer the survey
- You have used a false ID, place of residence, or other information that is incorrect
- An internal error at SponsorPay has caused the gold from not being sent to you
For this, you can also contact SponsorPay - most of the time they are more than willing to assist you with any issues that have arrised.
