Have you tried a different computer/laptop/tablet/phone: Yes
Have you tried a different connection: Yes, in two different states
Full Version or Mobile Version: Full, on both computers and connections
Browser and Version: Firefox 24.0
Overview of the bug: I do not have the shortcuts to Barracks or Harbor under my troop counts on the right hand side of the new UI. Several of my alliance mates on Sigma have the shortcut.
How often this occurs: Since the upgrade
Work Around: Getting to the barracks & harbor the old fashioned way through the city view.
