this litttle "game" doesnt work if everyone picks themselves.

if youre going by SKILL, why would you pick a point word-defined-as-"prostitute" as your most skilled player? lol! maybe you wanna go by skill next time? maybe bp has SOMETHING to do with it? but mauybe its just me. idk...

the player you have named has 9 cities, but is ranked 18. His/her average points per city is almost 9,000
In fact, the player who is currently ranked 133rd has more cities than your "most skilled player"
maybe hes a good leader? strategist?

I'd rather have 9 9,000 point cities than 10 7,000 point cities

you can always build up the 7k pt cities later

for instance, i have 11 5k cities.
I, personaly, dont build my cities up until I have 10 (which I do. I just got them up from about 3.5k to about 5k), until I have 25 (now is a good time to have 9k-10k cities)


if this world was morale, all the simmers with high-avg points would look bad

Good point!
I only picked my profile as best because I can't find anyone else in this world having one like it.

but how many high-level players are there on the rim? not many...
how many that are not in Legion of Legions? I'd say between 0 and 2 (inclusive ;))
