Mobile showing Revolt in a Conquest World

My mobile app is showing any cities I have under siege as "A revolt has started" in the command overview

They are also showing the remaining time as 00:00:00

This happens for both sieges and colonizations.

Using iPhone app. It was updated on the most recent update.

I am also experiencing this problem & only in US server, but its not annoying me to the point of submitting a ticket as yet.
