Message Folders Don't Work

Message folders in both, Messages and Reports, don't work.

In both I can create folders but not access the folders.
They can only be renamed or deleted.

In Messages:
There is no way to save a message into the folder you created.
No way to access a created folder.

In Reports:
After creating a folder, you can save reports to it,
but there is also no way to access the messages
saved in the created folders. Saved messages
disappear.

You just don't know how to use it, don't worry, I only found out by luck myself. It's generally the same for both from what I know.

Go to the inbox, after creating a folder and all that.
Look under the blue box where it says inbox next to a pic of a folder. Clicky!
You'll see it drop down and display your folders. Click the folder you want to access and presto!
To save messages, after dropping down the folder list, click and drag the message you want to move over the folder you want to move it to, and release. Ta-dah!
