Mail Problem

I am not entirely sure where to post this but I have a persistent problem with my mail notification in the game. I have restarted my browser several times over the last week, restarted my computer entirely but can't get rid of it.

About a week ago I was going through mail and deleting stuff I think I may have opened a mail and deleted it in fairly rapid succession and ever since then I have a notification that I have (1) unread mail message. There is nothing unread in my mail in any of the folders but I can not get rid of this indicator that I have unread mail.

Has anyone got a solution?

Try clearing cache and cookies, it might solve the issue

I didn't mention it in my original post but I have already done that

I get that from time to time, same thing with reports showing as unread when I've read them all. I find that it'll just sort itself out within a few days, week tops. If it is still hanging around for longer than that, then you can open a support ticket and ask the mods to see if they can sort the issue.
