Have you tried a different computer/laptop/tablelet/phone: No
Have you tried a different connection: No
Full Version or Mobile Version: Full
Browser and Version: Chrome
Overview of the bug: I have the required ten LS; quest will not complete.
How often this occurs: Once
Work Around: Tried log-off, log-in, moving ships around, changing size of fleet and restack. Certainly want quest to complete (if only for a later free culture point) so will keep trying new things. One thing I don't want to try is removing quest, don't trust it will reload.
