Free gold problem!

I did the survey for McDonald's but have not received the free gold. Can anyone tell me how I should address this issue? I still have the window open showing that I completed the survey so if I need to screenshot it to prove it I can. If a Mod can help me with this issue it would be great! Thanks!

yes take a screen shot. you will need proof.

The free gold is not administered by Innogames - you will have to enter a support request to SponsorPay. In the screen where you could choose from all the different offers, you need to scroll all the way to the bottom to find their support link. (scroll past a lot of white space)

I was able to submit all proof and just waiting to get the points!!!
