Is anyone else having an issue with the forced loyalty looting buffer being activated and still loosing villages to revolt on this server?

Forced Loyalty does not prevent revolt, it only prevents a reduction in morale. If morale was already reduced, the farm can still revolt.

it does prevent revolt, and drop.. if u use it right.. all the villages has to be at 100% when u use it..
