Pretty self explanatory. If I have a city festival running when a CS lands (the the festival would end before the siege is complete), do I get the CP or does the festival end when the CS lands?
As far as I am aware you would get the CP if the festival finishes before the siege however InGame Mods are usually lurking around and im sure they will confirm.
