I have researched Diplomacy in the academy and this is supposed to give a 15% bump to farming villages. I get the increase when I am on the laptop but not on the mobile app. I use android version on both my phone and tablet. This is really messing up my farming as I do most of my game play on the mobile app. I am in Sparta US 42.
