My city was overthrown by another alliance. :\ I went to start a new city and asked to be put close to other alliance members. It put me in ocean 44 when most of my fellow allies are in 45-46. Is there anyway to move my new city?

you could attack people until somebody takes it, and roll the dice again....

Best bet is to delete, then have one of the guys in your alliance invite you to start nearby them
