I have lost full access to my city [town]725[/town] Ward of Faygate on US19 server. The city was not CQd or even involved in a recent battle. There are no negative buffs but before the issue I was able to cast Pop Growth which is still active.

I have cleared history. Logged out and then back.
If I log out with another city in the window the full UI returns but if I log out focused on Faygate the UI returns incomplete.
I hope to get this resolved asap.
