Greetings Torgaddon,
I am looking for an organized alliance on Psi. I am new to this game but I learn quickly. I have over 20 years strategy game experience (I know that might date me) from paper/board games since computer games were first developed. I communicate well and like to help others out, Skype usage is no issue.

You can, there needs to be an open spot on an island though, before you do that.
