Can you move on worlds? for example, if you have an account on Alpha, can you move that account to Hyperboria so you have the same points, troops, etc that you had on Alpha?

This would make worlds very interesting. If I moved from Eta to Mu with the same points, troops, etc it would be one of the most unfair things ever! For everyone else that is.
