Hope revolt period is 8 hours like Helorus if speed 4 wins out.

The Revolt Period doesn't work with World Speed but it Troop Speed. If world is a Speed 4/3 then Period will be 8hrs but if it's a 4/4 then is a 12 hrs. I think, not sure but have been looking at that a while now.
