Dear players,

We are working diligently on the gold refunds for players who spent gold during the rollback times right now and should have it completed today.

I realize how frustrating this has been for you all. It has been just as frustrating for me and has created a ton of work. I am doing my best to answer all tickets and questions as quickly as possible and I ask your patience as I get to each of your issues. I am working very hard on your behalf to ensure the best possible outcome from this. I know that not everyone will be happy with the final resolutions, but I hope you understand that I am doing everything I can to help each of you.

With that, I am organizing a compensation event for all players and will announce details in the next couple of days. I realize that the best possible thing would be for this to have never occurred, but I cannot make that happen. Again, please accept my deepest apologies for this issue and I will update all players when I have more to share.
