Crossposting; here's what I posted on the latest update (2.226) thread:
I'm no longer able to cast Nereids to others. Tried to cast to 3 or 4 others. The only one that it worked for - after I told him I couldn't cast it - was for him to purify the city prior to casting it.
Bottom line: the new update broke Nereids for teammates.
None of my teammates had COTO running.
