Troops disappear attacking city

Overview of the bug: sent troops to nearby inactive player city to farm for resources. i used simulator to ensure that i'd take it with proper number and type of troops. no battle report, no resources added, and no info whatsoever on the battle. When i issued the attack order a time was issued for marching to the city. When I logged back in there was no record of the action at all.

Have you tried refreshing the page, logging out and then back in, and also trying different browsers? An old problem of mine, sometimes the troops "disappear" for a few minutes only to return mysteriously.
