Top 12 Alliances!!!

I just remembered why I rarely read these forums anymore. They're mildly entertaining at best, full or misinformation (and some disinformation), loaded with excuses (and excuses for the excuses), and filled with overblown egos. Oh, and they're not on topic either.

As far as the top 12 alliances goes Ascension is currently at war with 6 of the 12 alliances listed. They are at war with 50% of the world all at one time. It has now taken a collective effort of many of these top alliances to wage war against ASC. One could argue that no alliance stands a chance against them one on one. Therefore, we need not deny which alliance is truly superior nor discredit their abilities.

As much as I read people boasting about their alliance, no other alliance is at war with this many opponents all at once. One could probably even go further by saying that the presence of ASC has forced the amalgamation of alliances as we recently witnessed yesterday. You may or may not like ASC but give them their credit.

Now this idea of everyone teaming up against one alliance is a bit lame and corny in my opinion. There is no honor in that but do whatever you guys feel is best for you. It would be interesting to see how other alliances fair against each other or multiple opponents but I think deep down we all know the reason why that has not happened. Therefore, if you ask me I do not see the purpose in discussing the top 12 when half of the world is fighting one alliance.

Seems this has become the thread for delusion....

We too are at war with 6 of the top twelve. As are others in the top twelve nothin special there. Now to boast about my alliance and help you satisfy your interest in how another alliance can fair against multiple opponents.
In the past ninety days LOT has taken 144 cities from our top 6 enemies while they have taken from us a grand total of 8. Care to post ACS's numbers? I'll get ya started. ASC has taken 4 from us in the past 90 days. LOT has taken 41 from ACS in the same time period.

Funny actually. U talk about the past 90 days, but when u speak about delusions. Didnt ta take a bunch from both lot and iam? I think if we could see the TA numbers it would even things out quite a bit. ALso u need to include wot and iam. Since I have been told u are all one. Its just Asc as an alliance now. And before it was TA-ASC.

TA no longer exist, so I can't pull their numbers, But by Zenima's last post on numbers just before TA imploded it was TA&A 34 captures vs LIW's 32.Pretty even fight. I'll indulge your request to add IAM and WOT over the past 90 days. Yes goin after our smaller academy players does bump up ACS's numbers some, but it still leaves ACS at better than a 2 to 1 loss rate. ACS's 22 to LIW's 56. And before you start whinin that it's 3 alliances against 1 let me remind you it is common knowledge that ASC works in co-ordination with Omen and Back in Black. Those numbers are not in your favor either.

One I wasn't watching close enough <--- only excuse I'll be giving. no! wait there is more! that other city.. friggin brilliantly timed attacks by none other than Boulderdash..who was so scared of retaliation.. that he talked TRA into joining Helghast all on his own.. he said "holy ****.. this guy is going to kill meeeeeee"!*

damn my whiskey addled brain.. I just remembered the real reason for the merger.. I'm pretty sure it was Matt (brother mflip), who saw some of my navy! and said.. "whoa"! lol "I'd better join 'New Name Soon' so that crazy friggin mountain troll guy doesn't keep throwing cars at meh"! *

I can't post fancy charts quite like Zenima, but here's the latest from the stats site.
It's disheartening to see all the pointless babbling on the thread lately, this is why these get closed.

Big changes..actually lol. Looks like everyone's out to get everyone
and the babble and arguing is what gets threads shut down. Not a matter of "why so serious", just a matter of avoiding trash talking and keeping the thread moving! As long as the discussion is civil and involves the top 12, its all good.
Helghast seems to be movin on up. Looks like a few of the previous big alliances have already disappeared too.

I think there is less trash talk because Alpha is turning into the battle of the Inactives. Lets face it... Lot and IAM arent taking cities from us for the most part, the ones we take from them are players leaving or what not... Helghast or its new name Phoenix just lost 10 Zenima cities to us, although they kicked him/her midway through it so it wont look as badly... Two of the three recent ones we lost were because a player went mia. Hmmm, Will be interesting to see who is left when the dust settles. Asc looks as strong as ever imo...
