Ok, I just did. It is also happening to me in Lamia. I did one ticket, but said it is happening in both. I hope that is ok. Thank you for the quick response, and the quick link. When they do fix the issue, will they contact in game, or should I just keep checking back?

That will be fine mentioning both worlds. When you receive a response to the support request you will receive a report in game notifying you about the response.
