third Task Missing

I have been playing for about 3 weeks now, and this has happen a couple of times already. I will complete tasks with no problem and accept the reward and its good to go. I have seen the game display three tasks at once, once I complete the third task I do not get another one until I randomly complete what the third task is asking for without knowing it. It will only display when It is completed.

I don't believe that is a bug. I think that certain tasks have to be complete before the next will appear. So for example, the quest to spy on an enemy city, will not appear until you have completed the build cave, as you could not do that one until you have built your cave.
