Support or Attack

I was just wondering. If a player supports another player's city, and then attacks the that same city, who do the support units fight for?

support will always fight for the city it is in. Even if that means against the owner. Help?

The units you sent for support fight for the city you supported, kind of like a normal attack. They pretty much become a part of that cities army, but cant be told to attack since they are not that cities units, they just defend it.

Kyle is right. The supporting units fight for the defending city. That strategy is also a decent way to kill off troops, and to get both abp and dbp.
