Start over in a different location

I just started in World Baris yesterday afternoon. I chose the 'Random Location Tab' for my first city. It is on Island 187373 Ocean 35. After starting Sparta, I decided to look around for a potential site for another city. I don't like what I see. All 10 of the surrounding islands, in close support range, have absolutely NO FARM VILLAGES. That is unacceptable! I've contacted support about restarting in a different area but they are extremely slow in responding. Support told me that I could start over by restarting or deleting my account. I don't want to delete my account and asked them how to restart but so far I haven't heard anything else from them. Does anyone know how I can start over in Baris? Not a newbie, been playing since April 2013.

To restart on a world, go to settings -> "Restart account" -> tick the checkbox where you confirm you want to restart. You'll receive an e-mail with a link, click on it and you will be able to choose in which direction you want to restart.

Note that this will have no consequence on the other worlds you play.

You can only restart as well if your out of Beginners Protection.
I also cant remember if you can press delete on your account while
its deleting make another account and rejoin? Anyone correct me on this?
