At no point did I say it would be a set time or even a range. The world will be open today. I will likely open it sometime this morning (server time), but it is only 8am server time now. It could be opened at any time between 00:00 ST and 23:59 ST. I will announce its been opened here and on Facebook.

I hope its soon, I want to start Mu Management Inc. ASAP. We have basic alliances made up and I hope for mine to grow into what the Guild is on Hyperborea.
