ehhhhh what is the point of getting pacts when BP is active??? And then turn off pacts when you actually can use pacts to something?

Well he joined the forum in October last year... So a bit of experience should have been earned within those months of playing

unless hes a world jumper, plays a couple weeks and then quits to join another before the real game actually starts lol
