Server issues again???

Bought a new comp system two days ago. Finally got finished installing everything and now I can't access this server again. I've been trying for four hours now. Anyone else?

I would suggest this line of action:


  1. Clear cookies, cache and maybe history
  2. Disable any scripts such as portusek etc
  3. Close web page and re-open
  4. If your still having issues try another browser such as chrome/firefox/IE
  5. Still having issues try it on another broadband connection.

Failing all of the above send in a Support Ticket

In the support ticket please state all steps you have tried to resolve issue so that its helps speed up the process.
