This is not a bug, its a delay in updating, refresh the screen and if that does not update it, wait for a bit and it will update.

Since yesterday it's like his 
I raffraichis my page but nothing changes. My Rank is 2, my profile shows 2 as 3 but its still on the bar (there is 1 row offset each time).
