When a cave is maxed at lvl 10 and silver is stored in mass amounts, then the cave is demolished to a lvl 1, can that city be spied on with 1001 silver spies? Or would you still need to break the entire amount?
In short the answer is no. If a cave is demolished or deconstructed it keeps it original amount of silver, you just cannot add any more silver until the cave has been rebuilt.
