question about reset again

Hi just wondering it is safe to start over again for the third time to rebuild and attack targets for the third time or are you guys going to reset the server and wipe out all the work people have done again ! I dont know about the other players but this has become ridiculous . For a business that has suppose to have been around for a while you would think they might have an idea about what they are doing but i guess it isn't the case .

Thanks for the tip but i read all that info already. If you note the time and date you would see my question was before that post .
