Sorry for the revive, but I have a brief question about this. Does the land pop count towards the 10%-30% that is destroyed during the sea storm?

So say I'm attacking with 50 LS, 50 FTS carrying 800 slingers. What will happen when sea storm is cast?

Only LS will be affected. Seastorm only cares about naval units that aren't transports. That's why the magic number of LS for a CS is 39;
